UDS: How To Apply 2022/2023(Ghanaian Applicants)

All Ghanaian applicants for the 2022/2020 Academic Year admissions are required to use the UDS online application portal. The procedure for the online application process is as follows:

  1. Make a payment of GH¢ 180.00 (One Hundred and Eighty Ghana Cedis) for the UDS E-Voucher at any GCB BankPrudential Bank, Zenith Bank, Agricultural Development Bank (ADB)Stanbic Bank, National Investment Bank (NIB) and Ecobank branches throughout the country.
  2. The E-Voucher contains the PIN, and Serial Number required for the completion of the online form.
  3. Access the online form by visiting our online admissions portal at uds.edu.gh soon after payment.
  4. In completing the online form, students will be required to upload their most recent passport size photographs with white background and relevant certificates. Applicants using objects instead of their own photographs would be disqualified
  5. A completed form will not be considered for admission unless it is SUBMITTED after accepting our data confirmation policy
  6. Applicants are advised to check thoroughly all details entered before finally submitting their online applications. A form, once submitted, can only be viewed, but cannot be edited.
  7. Candidates are strongly advised to visit any EMS Office in the Country for assistance towards the return of the application documents (see viii). Applicants are advised not to post the forms themselves. They should seek the advice and services of Ghana Post EMS.
  8. Applicants must print out application summaryattach results slipscertificates and all other relevant documents. These documents should be submitted in triplicates (three copies each) to the Deputy Registrar (Academic Affairs Section).

Closing Date

Closing date for submission of applications is May 31, 2020 or (April 30, 2020, for BSc Nurse Anaesthesia). Candidates should note that no applications will be accepted after the closing date.

Below are the steps on How To Apply for Presbyterian University College, Ghana 2022/2023 both for Ghanaian Applicants and Non-Ghanaian Applicants.

HOW TO APPLY for PRESBYTERIAN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE, GHANA 2022/2023

Purchase an eVoucher from any branch of these banks (Agricultural Development Bank, Ecobank, HFC Bank, Universal Merchant Bank, Prudential Bank, CBG, GCB, and Fidelity Bank). The cost of an eVoucher is GHS 100.00 for Ghanaian applicants and $100.00 for Non-Ghanaian applicants.

Applicants can also purchase the eVoucher using VISA and MTN Mobile Money. To use the VISA or MTN Mobile Money platform,

  1. Click here
  2. Provide your Name, Email Address and a valid Telephone Number (include international prefix and number should be a registered MTN mobile money subscriber)
  3. Click Submit
  4. Wait for PIN and Serial Number to be sent to the Telephone Number as SMS or the Email Address you provided.

TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

  1. Click here
  2. Enter the PIN and Serial Number on the eVoucher you purchased.
  3. Complete the form
  4. Add all supporting documents
  5. Submit the form

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Applicants do not need to complete the form at one sitting; you can return to your partially completed application form by logging in to the system using the PIN and Serial Number on your eVoucher.
  2. Applicants are advised to check thoroughly all details entered before finally submitting their online forms.
  3. Applicants should scan and upload their passport size photographs and results slips. Matured applicants must include their birth or baptismal certificates. The certificate should not be less than 3 years old.
  4. Application will not be considered until all required documents have been received.

 A FORM ONCE SUBMITTED CAN ONLY BE VIEWED BUT CANNOT BE EDITED.

Application forms can be purchased from any campus of the University for GHC 100.00 for Ghanaian Applicants and $100.00 for Non-Ghanaian Applicants. Alternatively, Applicants can download a PDF version of the form here. Applicants who download the PDF version are expected to add a Bank Draft (Payable to Presbyterian University College, Ghana) of GHC 100.00 to the forms.
